Today we have got a 19” LCD from BenQ; a company that is fairly new to the industry manufacturing great products. They sent us their pivoting 19” FP992 LCD which is equipped with a response time of 25 ms and a 700:1 contrast ratio. In many ways this monitor is very similar to a few Samsung models.
