BIOS/Multimeter Voltage Comparison

Neoseeker take a change of pace from the usual reviews and look at the often repeated claim that BIOS reported voltages are very inaccurate.
At the very worst, our AOpen AK79D had a whopping -10% variance reading the +5V rail under load -- that's half a volt! Soltek's K8AN2E-GR hit a bullseye with its +12V readings, matching the multimeter to the dot when idling, and being only half a percent lower under load.
