BitBender have reviewed the BYTECC Aluminum Notebook Cooler
In order to allow for more air flow underneath, I initially raised up my laptop on small platforms, hoping the added “natural” ventilation would help. I noticed no discernible difference in heat reduction and shutdowns continued. Setting up a small desktop fan nearby aimed at the rear of my laptop did help to a small degree, but I wanted a neater setup and more definitive cooling. It was definitely time to purchase a notebook cooling pad! I came across several styles of notebook coolers during my search but finally opted for the BYTECC Aluminum Notebook Cooler.
