We have been reviewing a lot of Budget Gamer items here at Envy News in 2003. A recent foray into budget gaming gave us a look at the sub-$150 GeForce FX 5600-based Soltek SL-5600-XD. But, what happens when a budget gamer has a bit more in their budget? All the way at the top of the ladder of what is considered budget from the nVIDIA camp is the GeForce FX 5600 Ultra Version 2 chipset. In this review, the Chaintech A-FX71 Ultra v2 delivers on very solid performance, great in-box features and bundles, and a great looking card - all at an affordable price.
