PCApex have a new review up on a quiet CPU cooler from Cooler Master named Susurro.
No need for a Rocket Science degree to install the Susurro. It is a simple task with the standard motherboard bracket in place. Just a matter of clipping it in down, and locking the bracket. The clearance on the heatsink was only tight in one location, and that was the first memory slot. It just took some creative maneuvering, and it worked fine.
