Testing the Cooler Master X Craft USB enclosure, I used a Maxtor DiamondMax 9 120gig ATA133 7200rpm with 8mb cache. Using SiSoft Sandra 2007, the X Craft was right on par with the Maxtor OneTouch enclosure. When transferring files, the response of the drive felt snappier and more alert to file changes and moves than my standard CompUSA external enclosure.
