Slautech has posted a review on the CPUFX ALUV2 Fan Adaptor

The ALUV2 is slightly shorter than most fan adaptors that I've seen - 0.75 (19mm) as opposed to the Plycon fan adaptor height of 1.5 (35mm). This could either be a bad thing or a good thing - Because the height is lower, there isn't so much force on your CPU socket (Remember levers in physics lessons?), which is obviously good. But then it might be bad for airflow since I read somewhere that if the area through which the air travels through narrows suddenly, the airflow will be adversely affected. The inner sides of the ALUV2 aren't as deep as other fan adaptors, so I'll keep an eye on how this affects the results.
