What's new
SSL v3.1 (TLS)
Connect securely using TLS (AUTH TLS). CuteFTP supports all three SSL connection mechanisms, including SSL Implicit, SSL Explicit (AUTH SSL) and TLS modes.
Based on Pro Technology
CuteFTP Home gets Pro's underlying technology giving it SSL file transfers, the ability to continue browsing different folders or servers while transferring files and more.
NAT auto-detect port-mapping
Use the UPnP NAT interface (available in Windows XP) to provide proper port-mapping when connecting securely from behind a NAT/firewall using PORT mode (rather than PASV, due to the remote host also being behind a NAT/firewall).
Window proxy settings auto-detect
Choose between manual proxy configuration or automatically detect Internet Explorer's proxy settings, including proxy.pac proxy script files.
Strong certificate encryption
Choose between 1024, 2048, or 4096 bit key lengths when encrypting SSL/TLS certificates.
Editor enhancements
Improvements include full-screen mode, enhanced Find and Replace and the ability to launch a more powerful editor such as CuteHTML Pro and auto-detect changed files.
Connection enhancements
Define a port range for establishing secure connections via port mode on non-XP systems, specify connection and transfer timeout values, automatically connect to the last visited site on session startup, specify the location in which to store the site manager and much more.
Interface enhancements
Load alternate language resource files (pending availability), choose between toolbar sizes, display commonly accessed menu command images, updated high-color icons, and more.
Session enhancements
Faster startup, improved bookmarks, Windows 2003 and IIS6 compatibility, revamped overwrite logic, after transfer events, and more.

SSL site-to-site (SSCN) transfers
Transfer files between remote hosts securely via SSCN.
Macro/Script recording and playback
Record and playback standard or secure FTP sessions without programming. Events and settings are captured in industry standard Visual Basic script and saved to a .vbs file. Play them back immediately or schedule a future recurring task using Window's built-in scheduler tool.
