CoolIT Domino A.L.C. water cooling system review
Elite Bastards posted CoolIT Domino A.L.C. water cooling system review

The Domino itself comes as a single, pre-built unit, and at the forefront of this unit is the cooling system's control panel, complete with LCD screen. This screen shows the current temperature, liquid flow and fan speed of the cooler, as well as which of the three preset cooling modes the device is set to. These modes can be cycled using the small button on the right-hand side of this panel, while the LCD screen is designed to be visible in cases with a side panel window - If you don't have such a window, then you'll have to live without seeing this display I'm afraid.

Toshiba Tecra R10-10H Review
ITPro posted a review of a Toshiba Tecra R10-10H laptop

With its range of Tecra laptops, Toshiba has carved itself something of a niche for products that are both lightweight and packing enough power to motor through most office applications. This latest model, the R10-10H, looks no different on the surface: a 2.4GHz processor, 4GB of RAM and 128GB solid-state drive make for an enticing recipe.

HP iPAQ Voice Messenger reviewed
ITreviewed posted a review on the HP iPAQ Voice Messenger

Busy professionals constantly flooded with e-mail and always looking for ways to quickly and easily manage it and move on with their day. HP's iPAQ Voice Messenger is an attractive and small form factor candy bar phone with a solid operating system and snappy processor. And thanks to its strong voice features it gives mobile users an alternative way to manage various types of communications handsfree. Performance was very good, voice quality was superb, and it did a good job of holding onto a connection in weaker signal areas. Unfortunately, the iPAQ Voice Messenger is not without serious flaws. The keyboard is a touch on the small side, especially for heavy data input, and the touch-sensitive D-Pad is a nightmare - sometimes it registers movements perfectly, but other times it takes multiple goes to get it to respond. As this is the device's main navigation control, it won't take long to infuriate you. The lack of a standard 3.5mm headphone jack is another annoyance. HP's iPAQ Data Messenger would be a better choice for those who prefer a 'proper' keypad, but for those wanting a relatively powerful business phone with added smartphone functionality, the iPAQ Voice Messenger is probably worth a look - just make sure you try it before you buy.

Corsair HX850W PSU Review
DriverHeaven.net posted a review on the Corsair HX850W PSU

Corsair's HX series of power supplies are considered to be some of the best an enthusiast can purchase. We reviewed the HX620W and the HX1000W months ago and found them to be excellent products, among the best in their respective categories even today. But with an end user limited by the choice between a 620W and a 1kW unit there has been a huge gap between these two products. In order to fill that gap Corsair recently released two more HX series units, the HX750W and the HX850W. Today we will review the larger and more promising of the two newly released models - the HX850W, a product loaded with features and boasting some very strict specifications.

EVGA Bigfoot Networks Killer Xeno Pro Review
HotHardware posted a review on the EVGA Bigfoot Networks Killer Xeno Pro

Bigfoot Networks generated quite a bit of buzz back in 2006 when the company launched the original Killer NIC M1. As many of you probably remember, the original Killer NIC was / is a PCI-based device that featured an on-board network processor, or NPU, that was supposedly able to lower in-game ping times and free up CPU resources, which in turn could increase framerates. The Killer NIC performed these duties by bypassing the Windows networking stack through the use of custom software and offloading network related tasks from the host CPU. And generally speaking, the Killer NIC delivered on all fronts to some degree.

The $250+ price tag of the original Killer NIC was tough to justify, however, and almost immediately there were calls for a PCI Express version of the card. Instead, a few months later the market was treated to the more affordable Killer NIC K1 which had less elaborate cooling and a lower clocked NPU.

Fast forward to today, and Bigfoot Networks is ready with a completely re-vamped PCI Express version of the Killer NIC, dubbed the Xeno Pro. We've had one in the lab for a few weeks, and have the full scoop laid out in the pages ahead. First up the specs, and then we'll dig into the juicy particulars...

Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium Sound Cards Review
iXBT Labs posted a review on the Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium Sound Cards

Our tests prove the good quality of the new X-Fi Titanium family. These cards are honestly positioned for gamers now, being the best choice in this category. PCI Express itself does not give any benefits to the cards. But X-Fi Titaniums, owing to Creative's efforts, provide extra protection from cracking, which was a serious problem with previous X-Fi PCI cards.

Patriot Torqx 128GB Indlinx MLC Solid State Disk Review
TweakTown posted a review on the Patriot Torqx 128GB Indlinx MLC Solid State Disk

Patriot had a very successful run with the Warp Series drives, some of the most sought after JMicron based products that routinely outperformed products from competing SSD manufacturers. In order to distinguish the JMicron drives from the new Indilinx controlled drives, Patriot needed to let go of the Warp product name. The first press release announced the new drive as the Fusion, but in a last minute decision the name was changed to Torqx.

While other companies were rushing to get media and e-tailers their Indilinx SSDs, Patriot was scrambling to get the new packaging ready and the Torqx drives had to sit in a warehouse. With everything finally lining up correctly Patriot is now on a mission to show that with patience comes a superior product.

Gigabyte MA790FXT-UD5P Motherboard Review
OCC has published a new review on the Gigabyte MA790FXT-UD5P Motherboard

When it came to overclocking, the Gigabyte MA790FXT-UD5P was a breeze. Because of the options available and the tweaking control, I was able to push every ounce that I could get out of it - which was pretty decent. By just playing with the multiplier and bus speed, I was able to push the Phenom II X4 955 processor to just under 3.9GHz at the maximum voltage of 1.5 volts. I started by pushing the multiplier to the maximum I could get stable, which was x18.5 and then started upping the Bus speed 1MHz at a time until I became unstable. Ultimately I ended up with a 650MHz increase with little effort at all. I was also able to get the memory to just under 1400MHz with low timings of 7-7-7-20-1T and everything was benchmark stable. So the overclocked tests will be run at 3.858GHz.
