A few months ago (roughly April/May) Ageia released the Physx PPU and ever since had a really rough start. The games that currently support the Physx cards are Ghost Recon (GRAW), City of Villains, Bet on Soldier: Blood Sport and Cellfactor. One of the board partners of this aggressive new idea & innovation is BFG. They recently submitted a PhysX board to Guru3D.com, which they'll have a look at today.

Antec TruePower Trio 650 Watt PSU Review
Bjorn3D posted a review on the Antec TruePower Trio 650 Watt PSU

The power supply unit is the single most important part of any computer. Regardless of the system there is a given rule: whether it be a simple workstation with integrated components or an advanced gaming system with every fresh technology available, everything requires power to operate. As anyone who has suffered the failure of a low-end power supply will tell you: not all power supply units (PSU’s) are created equal. While every journalist has their own system for reviewing a power supply, my review will take a very detailed look at the Antec TruePower Trio 650W PSU at every angle and submit the unit to battery of torture tests in order to ensure it will provide any computer system with stable power.

Sapphire Radeon X1650 PRO video card Review
Elite Bastards posted a Sapphire Radeon X1650 PRO video card review

When we took a look at PowerColor's Radeon X1650 PRO part almost exactly a month ago, we were pretty impressed with what we saw - 'If the Radeon X1650 PRO ships on time, and if it retails at the price promised by PowerColor, it's looking like the graphics board to buy for its particular price range.' we said at the time.

Now, a month later, we've had another Radeon X1650 PRO board pay a visit to the Elite Bastards review dungeon, this time from the good people at that ATI AIB giant, Sapphire. This means we can that we can take a look at this part with a new set of drivers (thanks to the provision of a modified version of CATALYST 6.8 which supports this boards), with retail boards available on store shelves and pricing set in stone. I'm pretty sure that ATI's new competition for NVIDIA's GeForce 7600 GS needs little further by way of an introduction, so let's get cracking with a look at the board!

Biostar TForce P965 Deluxe Motherboard Review
PC Modding Malaysia posted a Biostar TForce P965 Deluxe Motherboard Review

The board has a decent layout but we wish the power connectors and IDE connector were relocated. This could cause some problems especially if you love to keep the cables tidy. Nevertheless, the motherboard worked flawlessly and lives up to its reputation. After putting it through over 24 hours of overclocked torture test, the board is still kicking. Overclocking was also pretty easy and straightforward as we could easily key in 400MHz FSB and boot straight into Windows without needing to bump motherboard voltages. The board also overclocked impressively as we achieved 472MHz FSB without a sweat

Sunbeamtech Zorro Case Review
hi-techreviews.com has posted a review on the Sunbeamtech Zorro Case

The three 120mm fans in conjunction with Sunbeamtech's Grand Duct System used in the Zorro; did a very nice job of cooling our overclocked AMD64 processor, yet it does so at the expense of noise. Motherboard temperatures and processor temperatures even after running prime for 30-minutes were quite impressive.

The State Of Web 2.0
The TechZone looks at the state of Web 2.0

There's a whale of a lot of thunder and lightning out there about how great Web 2.0 is going to be. It's so good O'Reilly sued to retain the "ownership." Everyone is piling on the train. Kids everywhere are starting up their activities to make gazillions of $$$. VCs are throwing tons of dollars at it. M&A people are sharpening their hooks. Lots of noise. Lots of flash. But will the dollars rain down? And for who?

Logitech "Free-wheel" MX Revolution Review
Everything USB posted a review on the Logitech "Free-wheel" MX Revolution mouse

Mice, much like keyboards can be seen as ubiquitous by many computer users. Frequently only gamers know the value of a fast and responsive mouse. However, a good mouse can make your work and play much more enjoyable by making your mousing more efficient and reducing the amount of time you spend going between the keyboard and the mouse. With that in mind, Logitech has introduced a new mouse called the MX Revolution that has literally reinvented the wheel, well the mouse wheel anyway.

Our Verdict: "The Logitech MX Revolution is hands down the best general use mouse that I have used to date. The free-wheel scroll feature is destined to be copied like college algebra homework. Casual gamers will also find the MX Revolution performs well; hardcore gamers will want more sensitivity."

A-Data DDR2 PC8000 Xtreme-Edition - 1GB Kit Review
XtremeComputing posted an A-Data DDR2 PC8000 Xtreme-Edition - 1GB kit review

I was able to get these modules up above 1100MHz with 5-5-5-15 timings and 2.4V, but not much further. Still this is an excellent result for modules only rated at 1000MHz, and would give you some more breathing space if you are overclocking a low multiplier CPU like the Core Duo E6300's.

Antazone AS-C1000 Universal Heatpipe CPU Cooler Review
Bigbruin.com posted a review on the Antazone AS-C1000 Universal Heatpipe CPU Cooler

We are going to take a look at Antazone's one and only CPU cooler, the AS-C1000. The AS-C1000 is a giant turbine shaped cooler made entirely of bright, shiny copper... The turbine part of the Antazone heatsink is actually a tight group of 70 radial fins with 3 heatpipes wrapped around it, and the heatpipes continue on down to a rather small CPU block. The bottom is not a perfect mirror, but not too bad, and it should transfer heat rather well.
