HIS HD 6870 Turbo 1GB Video Card Review
Kitguru posted a review on the HIS HD 6870 Turbo 1GB Video Card

Kitguru frequently receives inside information on upcoming products and often we publish the news just as we get it - sure we aren’t always popular with some company executives for doing it, but we can live with that.

Last night we were given a very detailed listing from a reputable source relating directly to performance levels for upcoming AMD graphics card products, not yet in the public domain. These performance figures were incredible and our news team decided to post a quick news article until I had time to analyse the figures myself later.

Hottest PC games for the 2010 Holiday Season
Techspot takes a look at the hottest PC games for the 2010 Holiday Season

This year’s holiday shopping season is looking to be a great one for PC gamers as game developers bring out their latest wares and graphics cards manufacturers battle it out to deliver the best performing piece of hardware on the market. With just a few weeks left before Christmas, it’s likely you or someone on your shopping list are already looking forward to spend some quality time indoors playing the hottest titles on your computer.

Game release dates tend to change a lot during their development, and unfortunately some titles that were meant to be here already have been pushed to next year. We know it’s hard to keep up with these changes, so we’ve gone ahead and listed what we believe are the hottest games on the PC this holiday season.

Naturally, this list is subjective, but we hope it will allow you to choose wisely when shelling out your hard earned cash. We set our focus on games released during the last quarter of 2010, but inevitably we couldn’t resist including a few slightly older titles that deserve your attention in case you skipped them earlier on.

ASUS Sabertooth X58 Motherboard Performance Review
Legit Reviews posted ASUS Sabertooth X58 Motherboard Performance Review

Are you looking for an Intel X58 motherboard that offers good stability, all-round compatibility and extreme durability? ASUS designed the Sabertooth X58 motherboard to not only look great, but to also deliver on the impression it gives off. The Sabertooth comes with a longer than average 5-year warranty and is based on Intel's X58 Express and ICH10R South Bridge chipsets for support of the latest Intel LGA1366 Core i7 processors.

The ASUS Sabertooth X58 motherboard has no shortage of performance. In all of our benchmarks today the ASUS Sabertooth X58 was running neck and neck and usually leading the much pricier MSI Big Bang XPower. Overclocking ability was unreal for $195! I was able to boot the system at over 4.3GHz and with some more work and some liquid cooling we probably could have gotten rock solid stability at 4.3GHz and higher...

ASUS U33JC Core i3 13-in Bamboo Notebook Review
PC Perspective posted a review on the ASUS U33JC Core i3 13-in Bamboo Notebook

Now we have the ASUS U series Bamboo laptops, which try to class up the market by adding real bamboo to the lid and palmrest. The U33JC is the smallest of the family, and it feels familiar – the price, overall design and hardware is reminiscent of ASUS U30JC, which received an Editor’s Choice Award from this site in July.

It has an outstanding keyboard, a reasonably good display, strong performance during work and play, long battery life, and excellent design in both form and function. This is a laptop that is less than an inch thick throughout most of its chassis but still manages to weigh less than four pounds. This is a laptop that can play Starcraft 2 at medium settings but will also let you browse the Internet for about six hours on battery. This is a laptop that is comfortable to type on for hours but is also light enough to carry all day.
