Vantec Aeroflow FX120 Heatpipe CPU Cooler Review
Tweaknews.net posted a review on the Vantec Aeroflow FX120 Heatpipe CPU Cooler

If you're looking for a cooling solution that is difficult to install, has mediocre cooling performance and is annoyingly loud, the Vantec AeroFlow FX 120 is the ideal product for you. On the other hand, if you're like most PC enthusiasts, you'll want to avoid this product like the plague. The installation process has more PITA than the Greek restaurant my wife and I visited last night. Furthermore, the cooling performance is lackluster at best and the fan whines like a harpy in a Greek tragedy.

Tagan El Diablo Advance Review
Bjorn3D takes a look at the Tagan El Diablo Advance

It has been awhile since the first designer cases showed up on the market, but the battle for the best continues. Manufacturers have always tried to make a design that looks very attractive, while having unsurpassed performance. Today, Tagan has supplied us with the El Diablo A+ case, which hopes to exceed in both fields. This case combines some cool elements, like LED lights, with unsurpassed cooling. If its 360mm fan isn't big enough for you, then I am afraid your thinking way too big. That is not the only thing that is big in this case, just about every other part of this case is simply huge.

Tagan has put a lot of pride in this case, even calling it their flagship case. This, being Tagan's best case, should be a huge case. That is why Tagan has made this case a Super Tower, a case design that has showed up in the last couple of years in the call for larger towers. You simply can't buy a bigger case from Tagan. If you are looking for the best Tagan case you can buy, look no further because this is the best of the best.

XFX GeForce GTX 260 (Core 216) Black Edition 896MB video card review
Elite Bastards posted XFX GeForce GTX 260 (Core 216) Black Edition 896MB video card review

As we just mentioned, while the GeForce GTX 260 Black Edition may look like a standard reference board in terms of its cooling solution, things begin to look very different once you take a look at clock speeds, with this part offering some big boosts to clocks across the board. Starting out with the Black Edition's core clock, the reference clock speed of 576MHz is ditched in favour of a 666MHz clock (yes, that's right, they did go there) to make a 90MHz increase in speed. Together with this, shader clock speed also gets a big increase of 162MHz, up to 1404MHz from 1242MHz. Lastly, the board's GDDR3 memory gets an impressive increase from 999MHz up to 1150MHz to make for a 151MHz gain.

t-break posted a review on the Seagate 1.5TB & WD 1.0TB Drives

Storage demands are not getting any lower by the day and hard drive manufacturers keep increasing the capacities to cope up with all our digital data usage such as pictures, movies and audio files. We take a look at two drives today- the Western Digital Caviar Black with 1000GB of unformatted space and the Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 which has the largest capacity for a single drive at the moment- 1500GB of unformatted space.

Hiper Alloy Keyboards Review
bit-tech published a review of Hiper's Alloy keyboards

However, the smaller size, tough build quality, durable finish and simple styling of the Solid Alloy means that this keyboard is very well suited for use atop a media centre or home cinema system (although it is wired, which might put some off), and this is helped by the excellent array of media keys located along the top of the keyboard.

While these have come at the cost of shortcut keys (the Solid Alloy has just two for both email and Internet browser), we find that media keys are of much more use than shortcuts, especially if you¡¦re in game or mid-movie and don¡¦t want to alt-tab or interrupt playback. The funky purple, vaguely UV LEDs for num/scroll/caps lock also make a welcome return.

Although it¡¦s a little more expensive than the larger SuperSlim Alloy keyboard we¡¦ve also looked at today, we think the superior build quality of the Solid Alloy makes it the better choice of the two. It¡¦s a very attractive, wonderfully finished little bit of kit that¡¦s great for smaller workstations or a media PC, and while there¡¦s still room for improvement is still a fine compact keyboard.

iXBT Labs posted a review on the ASRock A770CrossFire Motherboard

ASRock approached with maximum creativity and decided to squeeze everything possible not only from the Southbridge, but also from the Northbridge: they installed the 2nd graphics port and added nominal CrossFire support (8x + 8x), although only 790X and higher-end chipsets officially possess this feature.

NVIDIA Quadro FX 4800 1.5 GB Workstation Graphics Card Review
HotHardware.com posted a review on the NVIDIA Quadro FX 4800 1.5 GB Workstation Graphics Card

Two new cards were recently introduced in NVIDIA's Quadro FX lineup of professional workstation graphics cards. On the high-end, they have the Quadro FX 5800 card, which uses the same powerful GT200 architecture that powers the GeForce GTX 280, coupled with 4 GB of memory and a 512-bit memory interface. Of course, that beast costs $3,499, and it's going to be a tough sell in this economic climate, powerful as it may be. Perhaps the more reasonable solution is the card we're looking at today, the Quadro FX 4800, the Quadro FX 5800's little brother.

The Quadro FX 4800 is a much more palatable high-end solution, coupling together a GT200 graphics processor with 1.5 GB of memory and a price tag nearly half that of the QuadroF X 5800. Come on by the site and check it out...

Asus 20x20 SATA Light Scribe DVD Burner Review
OCC has published a new review of the Asus 20x20 SATA Light Scribe DVD Burner

After running the tests we see a 20 second speed difference between the LG and the Asus. When I ran the quality check both disks were 100% error free, so the quality was evenly matched. I ran a test to see how long it would take to burn an image in high contrast using the Asus drive. For those that are interested it takes 26.45 minutes to complete a high contrast image on a Light Scribe CD or DVD. I think we all recognize Carl the ninja hamster from Blockbuster, my avatar.

Titan Cool Idol CPU Cooler Review
OCC has published a new review on the Titan Cool Idol CPU Cooler

The performance of the Titan CoolIdol CPU Cooler is quite amazing, it was able to beat out both the Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme as well as the Cooler Master V8 CPU coolers, even through it was only a few degree difference between the three coolers, a win is still a win when the contest is the lowest temperature obtained. The overall design of the cooler not only looks good but it just screams that it is able to perform well. When I first pulled it out of the packaging, I was quite surprised with the build quality along with the obvious amount of time that was put into the design of the cooler. The dual heatsink design with the larger one above the smaller one sounded like a great idea and obviously worked quite well. The cooler was able to utilize all 6 copper heatpipes which allowed for the most heat to be transfered from the base of the cooler to the fins to be dissipated. The multi-platform design is always a good idea as it will add value and not attempt to single out only one socket type, allowing for more diverse usage of the cooler.

Super Talent 8GBs Flash Drive Review
Bjorn3D takes a look at the Super Talent 8GBs Flash Drive

These days, flash drives are a common place. I cannot think of anyone not having one on them or near their computer. They're just as common as knives and forks we have in our kitchens, and our wallets or purses that we use in our day to day lives. We use flash drives for just about everything computer related. They have even gotten so popular that even HDTV's and Car Stereos are now including the use of these wonderful devices.

Flash drives have become smaller in physical size, cheap, faster, and have higher capacities. Also, they require no extra software to use these wonderful little devices on our computers, car stereos, and HDTV's (I am sure there's a few more uses, but I can't think of any right off hand). Super Talent has come up with a flash drive that is fast, small (so small it's not much bigger than a quarter), and has a large capacity of 8 GBs of data storage. Super Talent also made it very appealing in looks too. So let's look at Super Talents Pico Chrome flash drive.
