I hope that you all had a good week and can kick back a bit this weekend. We have managed to put together another review this week as we take a look at the Edifier R501 speakers. These speakers are more on an entry-level 5.1 set, but do have some nice features generally reserved for more expensive speakers. The Edifier R501's come with an IR remote control, all wooden cabinets on the satellites and sub, and they connect using regular speaker wire - not round RCA cable that limits your length. Overall, these speakers do a great job for around $100.
