OCIA.net has taken a look at an EL Case Badge UV Crystal 4 LED Fan.
The case badge comes with an inverter and a 4 pin molex connector to power it up. To truly install it properly I suggest drilling a hole in your case. I couldn't find my drill (13 year old son last used it) so I slid it between two 3.5 bay covers. I was pleased at how bright it is. I'm contemplating getting the drill and doing a proper installation.
