Q1: Do you need to use a new converter card for the Celeron533A or we can stick with the old converter card?
A1: You will need a new converter card. This is in line with P3 (FC-PGA). It is necessary to purchase a converter card which supports the P3 (FC-PGA), then it will definitely support the new Celeron.
Q2: They are so many different brands of converters card. Are there any differences ? Which is a better one?
A2: According to my experiences, there aren´t much differences in most of the converter cards, you just go out and buy your favourite brand card. One thing to note is that you need to buy those converter cards that support modificatoin of the Vcore.
