The Guru of 3D takes a look at the NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT 512 MB reference and BFG GeForce 8800 GT 512 MB OC edition video cards
The GeForce 512MB 8800 GT will fill a gap, a gap that the 320MB model has set. Yet due to it's lower pricing (199 to 259 USD) will compete directly with the 8600 GTS, which is interesting as the 8800 GT will annihilate that graphics card performance wise, let me add a little clue, these cards perform close to the 8800 GTX and are pretty darn impressive at this price level.
Guru3D will review the NV reference card, the BFG 8800 GT OC edition and we'll manage the cards to be setup for some nice SLI testing.
