OCW has posted a review on the Gigabyte GA-K8VT890-9 VIA K8T890 PCI-E Mainboard
GA-K8VT890-9 is Gigabyte's first offering of an Athlon 64 Socket 939 mainboard based on the VIA K8T890 chipset. This mainboard leverages on the advance VIA K8T890 chipset to support the new PCI-Express interface. Supported on the mainboard is Serial ATA with RAID 0,1,0+1 function for extra performance enhancement and high speed Gigabit Ethernet. 8 ch audio is delivered using the ALC850 codec. The package also comes with Norton Internet Security Software for a secure computing experience.
