The HSF WILL require tools to install, at least a flathead screwdriver, which is something you need to be careful about while installing. There is a risk of "FUBAR"ing your motherboard. Let´s talk about the clip. I would use extreme caution when installing this HSF, one slip of the screwdriver while installing it and you will not be booting your computer up anytime soon. I don´t understand why a company would go through the trouble of designing a solid HSF, only to put the "it only cost us a nickel" clip on it. The phrase "consumer friendly" seems to have been forgotten.
