I was happily impressed with what HIS has done with their version of the 9600XT. It isn't just another card based on the reference design, and it goes a few steps further than how it looks to get your attention. This being my first HIS review and also the first pre-over clocked card I am extremely impressed on several levels. The first being the stability of the card AS IS and the extra room still available for the enthusiast in the crowd.
