I was happily impressed with what HIS has done with their version of the 9600XT. It isn't just another card based on the reference design, and it goes a few steps further than how it looks to get your attention. This being my first HIS review and also the first pre-over clocked card I am extremely impressed on several levels. The first being the stability of the card AS IS and the extra room still available for the enthusiast in the crowd. Considering the VIVO option, the bundle suits the card well and let us not forget the pretty blue iCooler.
