Hightech Information System (HIS) is a very active participant in the graphics card market. They have kept up for the rapid release of new ATI graphics chipsets, and have been able to make these chipsets perform above and beyond specification. Here at Bytesector, we have come to know their graphics cards for extreme performance and great overclocking potential. The last HIS graphics card we took a look at was their Excalibur 9550 VIVO, which blew us away. Today, I will be taking a look at their X700 Pro IceQ VIVO, which features their trademark iTurbo technology. The iTurbo technology was introduced by HIS to make it easy for users to overclock their graphics core and memory with ease while keeping it within acceptable limits. The X700 Pro IceQ is packed with a mammoth heatsink, ramsinks, UV reactive casing, dual display support, HDTV output, HIS games pack, and 460 / 960 (Core / Memory) clock timings.
