Up on the review block today I've got a brief review of a little gadget that turns the USB port on your HTC cellphone into two ports allowing you to use headphones and charge or sync your phone at the same time. It's a useful little product if you need something like this, and it's inexpensive as well, coming in at around $10 shipped.
