hardCOREware.net has posted their review on the 925XE Chipset P4EE 3.46 CPU
After just four months, Intel in launching a new revision of the 925x chipset. The new part is called 925xe, and it is identical in every single way, except one - it supports a frontside bus of 1066 MHz (266 MHz quad-pumped), up from 800 Mhz (200 MHz quad-pumped).
To go with this new FSB rate, Intel has paired it up with their fastest flagship processor - the Extreme Edition. There wasn't much in the way of clock speed increases this time - the CPU runs at 3.46 Ghz, up from 3.40 GHz. We're going to compare the two FSB rates on these Extreme chips, and find out what 1066 FSB does for us today.
