Hardware Zone has posted a review on the Intel Pentium III (Tualatin) 1.2GHz Processor

The new Tualatin will be introduced with processor speeds at 1.13GHz and 1.2GHz. Intel will probably bring faster processors to the market when they have matured their 0.13 micron manufacturing yield. At the same time, we expect Intel to keep Tualatin at speeds below the Pentium 4 since it would be silly to have Tualatin competing with their high-end Pentium 4 processors. Thus, it will take a while before we see Tualatin processors running at 1.26GHz or 1.33GHz. Heatsink manufacturers are already prepared for Tualatin processors running at 2.0GHz, but just how much more speed Intel can get out of the 0.13 micron die shrink? Well, I guess we´ll have to wait and see how far can Intel go with the Tualatin.
