In this day and age the issue of Internet security and filtering has become a very hot topic. There are two sides to this issue. On one side we have the advocates for Internet control and monitoring, and on the other side we have those who do not want to regulate or monitor the content on the Internet. There are obviously valid points from both sides and the decision on which side to take on this issue greatly depends on what´s important to you. The truth of the matter is that there are certain people, mainly kids whom we do not want them to have unrestricted access to the Internet mainly because of the over abundance of pornographic and inappropriate material. That definitely is a very valid point. In order to address this issue there is an increasingly large market for tools to perform the duties of automatically distinguishing appropriate from inappropriate material.
