The DDR Zone has posted a review on the IC packaging company KingPAK.
KingPAK is probably not as well known as there older brother Kingmax. Founded in 1997 by the Chairman of Kingmax Mr Joe Liu a little over 8yrs after Kingmax itself began. Beginning mass production only 4mths from its launch and building quickly on their expertise to become the No #1 CSP BGA packaging manufacturer for memory devices and experiencing a 46% growth between 2000 and 2001
