Installing your motherboard is a snap as well. The case comes with a motherboard mounting base that can be removed. The easiest way is to remove the two back fans if you installed them. Then remove the water block by draining the case. Lastly you just fit the board on the base and then put the water block on it. The reason I said to remove the water block is because I tried to mount the block with it connected to the hoses and such. This is such a pain because the hoses keep moving it and it is basically impossible to do alone. If you have an extra set of hands then you can do it with it connected.
