A 4.1 system for $155? Wait what's that? THX (what is THX?) certification also? Yea what's the catch? There is none, that's the sweet thing about it. The Logitech Z-560 speakers offer's way more than 400w of output and THX certification and i'll go more into this as we go on. How much did you actually spend on your last set of speakers? Personally I spent $50 for a crummy 2.1 setup and the extra $100 beans is totally worth it. Not only do you get surround sound but a really really nice looking set of speakers.
