Microsoft Corp. and McAfee.com Corp., the leading security Application Service Provider (ASP), today announced a strategic alliance that will integrate Microsoft® .NET technologies into McAfee.com´s Web-based security services. As the first step on the road to .NET, McAfee.com will soon launch a new and unique security service integrated with Microsoft Passport to provide single sign-on and registration across multiple Web properties. Additionally, the companies will integrate new "HailStorm" services, such as notifications, as they are made available.
