Designed for use with Office XP, the Office Keyboard uses a standard PS/2 or USB connection. To make things simplified for Office users, the function F-keys has been replaced with shortcuts, known as Simplified F Keys, that give you instant access to commands and functions that you use frequently in Microsoft´s Office software suite (you can also tweak the keys to suit other office applications and software, such as complex graphic-editing software or video-editing programs, etc.). Before all you F-key lovers out there shout foul play, the folks at Redmond have also included an F Lock key for those who prefer to lock in the standard F Key functionality. This means that though the F Keys do not have the usual F1, F2, F3, etc. labels on them, they can be toggled to work the same just by pressing the F Lock key.
