O2 XDA IIi is the improved version of the XDA II retaining its classic look and form factor - dimension of 68 x 130 x 19 and weighs 200g (including battery). In fact, on first sight, you wouldn't notice major differences. What makes it different is it faster processing speed of 520MHz powered by Intel XScale PXA272 520Mhz processor. On top of that, this phone is packed with features. It now comes with a built in CMOS 1.3 mpixel camera for taking photos and videos. Most importantly, you can now go online at Hot Spots using the built in WIFI or GPRS. You can also use the Bluetooth to transfer files easily to the device. The unit comes standard with 128MB RAM and 128MB ROM. There is also a SD slot for more memory. The phone also comes preloaded with a Zip manager to compress files to save up space for transmission.
