Neoseeker posted a review on the OCZ Platinum PC3-12800 6GB Triple Channel Kit

We examine a lower voltage DDR3-1600 kit from the long-running OCZ Platinum lineup, featuring 3 sticks of 2GB DIMMs. Rated at 1.35V, in what ways can it stand against similar kits with tighter timings, but higher voltage requirements that meet the 1.65V standard for Intel processors? Check out our findings in our latest memory kit review.

The OCZ memory in this review is part of the Platinum series, which was introduced back in the DDR days, and has continued to evolve through each DRAM upgrade. The Platinum series uses high performance modules that don't carry the inflated premium of some of the more enthusiast grade products. However, they do offer excellent performance at a more manageable price point. Also, as part of the Platinum series, the memory uses OCZs Xtreme Thermal Convection heatspreader to reduce the temperature of the memory.
