Digital Silence has updated their Optimal Refresh Rate Article with Win2k/XP info
A couple of years ago, Digital Silence wrote an article discussing the Optimal Refresh Rate setting under Win 9X/ME. It has now been updated with information on Win 2000 and Win XP. The article includes the different methods to fix the 60Hz Refresh Rate problem.
