HotHardware.com evaluate the features, performance, overclockability and value of two factory overclocked Radeon HD 3650 cards, the ASUS EAH3650 TOP and the HIS Radeon HD 3650 IceQ Turbo.




Although they're built using the same GPU, these two cards are actually quite different. They have completely different coolers and memory, and are clocked differently as well. Head on over to the site and check them out...
