AverMedia´s "TVPhone98 w/VCR" has a silly name, but it´s a quite good low-priced universal TV and FM tuner gadget with direct-to-disk recording. Unlike other similar systems, it now has Windows 2000 drivers, and even seems somewhat stable under Win98 (!).Read more
