Hi Tech Legion posted a review on the Sapphire Radeon HD 7750 1GB Low Profile graphics card

To utilize internet content to the fullest it would be best to have a dedicated home entertainment PC (HTPC) in the living room. The ideal HTPC is a low power, quiet, and small system that can fit easily in a TV stand. The benefit is that you can do so much more with a PC than you can with the typical cable box. This includes light gaming, internet surfing, enjoy internet content, and watch DVDs and Blu-Rays. To create such a system, you need the small, low power components that are powerful enough to produce reasonable frame rates. This means that the system would need the proper graphics card.

The Sapphire HD 7750 1GB low profile graphics card is a full featured Radeon 7700 series card. Sapphire has built the HD 7750 low profile card with a single slot cooler, targeting small form factor systems. Thanks to the single slot design, it can easily fit in systems as small as mini-ITX cases. The card only needs the 75W of power provided by the PCI-E slot, it does not require any additional power from the PSU. The fan on the cooler features a ball bearing design to provide a long life. This HD 7750 has a core clock speed of 800MHz with 1GB of memory clocked at an effective 4500MHz. Support is included for multiple monitors and AMD Eyefinity. The connectivity options are mini-DisplayPort, micro-HDMI, and Dual-link DVI. Sapphire includes converters to connect the mini DisplayPort and Micro-HDMI ports to a full size Displayport, HDMI, as well as a conversion from DVI to VGA. All the connectors are nicely packaged into the low-profile back plate, but a full size back plate is included for installation in a full size chassis.
