Microsoft has published rev. 1.1 of Scenarios and Procedures for Systems Management Server 2003: Planning and Deployment
This content is intended to be viewed online, and will be updated on a regular basis. This download version is provided for desktop use and as an option for printing. The document provides three layers of detail for customers to accommodate the "expert administrator", the "experienced administrator", and the "new administrator" of Microsoft Systems Management Server 2003. The customer can choose to work solely from the planning worksheets that are included; the customer can work from the first 50 pages of the document itself which provide deployment flowcharts, links to the planning worksheets, and key items to be considered, or the customer can choose to read any or all of the additional content contained in 11 Appendices which provide detailed information about specific aspects of deployment.
