SeaSonic is pretty forthright with its claims when it comes to this power supply. The box, the manual, and even the power supply itself all boast the list of power and anti-noise features that are built-in to the Super Silencer. In my eyes, that much boasting is a big red signal to take a product to task and make sure it lives up to the hype. Did the Super Silencer 400W PSU live up to the hype? Yes, it did - and it impressed me every step of the way.
