You've no doubt heard about the Microsoft Financial Analyst Meeting two weeks ago where a demonstration of Windows Vista's speech recognition technology didn't quite go as planned. This was due to a very particular issue that caused voice recognition to fail, but nevertheless was not identified until after the demonstration.
