Overclocked Cafe has take a look at the Thermaltake V9+ CPU cooler. This model sports the 'Cool-Mod' feature that provides LED's to light up your case (2 Blue and 2 Red).

The things to remember are this, at idle or lowest RPM this bugger still moves over 20 CFM of air at only 17dB (might as well be silent), but at full tilt wide open that 80mm fan spools up to 4800 RPM moving an enormous 75 CFM, but at a cost of 48dB (reminds me of a Black and Decker electric drill) - get the point?
