A couple weeks ago, we reviewed a small form factor Home Theatre PC case that supported full ATX. What we found out was that the "full" ATX support wasn't "full" at all.
Because of the small form factor, many of the advantages brought forth from full ATX compatibility were sacrificed. We found that it would be better to go with a relatively larger case that maintains full ATX compatibility without so many sacrifices.
The solution we're looking at today is also from SilverStone; their Lascala LC03 is not small, but might be 'just right' for your HTPC solution.
