LostCircuits has posted a review on the SIS 645/691 333MHz DDR Pentium 4 motherboard

With the SIS645/691 combo, Silicon Integrated Systems have introduced their latest chipset as a platform for the Intel Pentium4. The North Bridge allows the memory bus to run at up to 200 MHz while maintaining a FSB of 100 MHz. In terms of performance the SIS654/961 combo matches the Intel i850 throughout the board but achieves up to 31% performance increase over the Intel dual channel Rambus interface in CAD/design applications when the memory bus is running at 333 MHz data rate. Similarly, In Quake3 Arena, the new platform literally stomps the competition. All tested high quality PC2100 DIMMs were running without problem at 166 MHz memory bus frequency which should dispel worries about a bottleneck in the supply of PC2700 DDR SDRAM. Because of a licensing agreement with Intel, the SIS 645 is not expected to run into legal hurdles and appears positioned directly against the VIA P4X266 Pentium4 DDR chipset.
