PCTechZone has posted a review on the Spire CoolCat HSF from The Fanner Group
The main outstanding feature on the Spire Coolcat is that it can be used on either an Intel or AMD system. You have a clip for easy fitting for the Intel processor and also the familiar standard push grip for the AMD processors. The Intel fitting mechanism can be easily removed if you are an AMD owner from the cooler. In the box itself there is a small instruction sheet telling you how to remove the clip as well as instructions on how to fit the fan onto the processor. This is something I personally havn't seen before in all my years working as a PC Technician. Fans are easy to install onto processors, but if you have a new user that hasn't even looked inside their PC it could well be a daunting task. So the instruction sheet gets a big thumbs up from me !
