Figures reveal that the Windows 8 Consumer Preview is being used by 0.13 percent of all Windows users, three times more than those who used the Developer Preview.

From Neowin:
Windows 8 may be getting ready to launch its Release Preview during the first week of June, but in the meantime, the Consumer Preview version seems to be gaining some market share on its own. A new study by Chitika Insights claims that Windows 8 is currently being used by 0.13 percent of all Windows PC owners.

While that number may seem small, the study claims that the Windows 8 Consumer Preview is generating traffic levels that are almost twice those of Apple's beta test of the upcoming Mac OS X Mountain Lion. The study also says the Consumer Preview has more than three times the level of traffic that the Windows 8 Developer Preview had at its peak.
