I have been looking around the market recently for some BGA cooling solutions, for cooling the so called 'hotspots' on my motherboard. Such as the southbridge, mosfets, and clock generators, to name just a few parts which give off more heat than you would think, especially in an overclocked system. Cooling these parts of your system, effectively, should allow you to gain a greater FSB, provided your northbridge and CPU are up to it.
