Computer Chaos has posted a review on the Thermaltake Volcano II with the 6800 RPM Delta fan.
At first glance you would not notice much if any difference but when you plug it in that quickly changes. The first time I booted my machine I heard this hidious high pitched screaming sound coming from my computer so I shut it down immediatly.
