Dan's Data has posted a review on the USB 2.0 to IDE Cable
Want a super-simple plug-in adapter that'll let you turn any IDE drive into a USB device? There are a few out there, but most of them aren't nearly as cheap as the one I just reviewed. This may be because whoever made it spent $0 on developing its name; it's just alled the "USB 2.0 to IDE Cable"
