BurnOutPC has just posted it's review on the Vantec NXP-301 Lightcontroller
There was a time when you were 1337 when you added leds to your fans, Neon was the thing. But Cold Cathode lighting took over. Sunbeam is probably the best supplier of cold cathode lights out there but companies such as Vantec are trying to kick them of the throne.
