M:6 Hardware has posted a review of VIA EPIA 800 Mini-ITX mohterboard.
The heart of the board if the integrated VIA C3™ E-Series processor. Rated at 800MHz, it provide and adequate processing power for today's applications. However, I found that the performance is closer to a Celeron 400. Keep in mind that this board are not meant for gaming or high-end applications. It was designed for cool running and hence quietness.
