ViewMate Slim Keyboard Review

Let's face it, keyboards are often a forgotten item when choosing a computer system and many users spend about as much time selecting a keyboard as they do choosing toilet paper. Not the best analogy, but you get the point. Moreover, the type of keyboard chosen is often an individual preference in terms of feel, layout, and features. With such varying needs by the consumers, manufacturers try to offer many models ranging from basic configurations to the more elaborate "button-for-everything" keyboard. Oddly enough, as computing technology advances with faster and smaller systems, the venerable keyboard has changed very little. For a product which gets the most mileage from human fingers, the keyboard has seen little change in terms of style and function over the years. They typically come in "boring" off-white with little to no style to keep up with the times.
