Microsoft has released a new preview build of Windows 10 for both PC and Mobile for members of the Insider program in the Fast Ring

Microsoft's Gabriel Aul stated:

"This will be the first time we release builds for PC and mobile on the same day. For PC, Build 14271 brings a lot of improvements and bug fixes that are based on feedback we have received from Windows Insiders."
